Privacy policy
Coming soon.
We're a small, early-stage team, and we'd rather ship a privacy policy that a lawyer has actually reviewed than a template we copy-pasted on day one. It's being finalized ahead of general launch. In the meantime, here's the honest, plain-English version of what to expect:
- We host customer and form-respondent data in the EU by default.
- We collect what we need to run the product: your account details, the forms you build, the responses they collect, and basic usage/billing data. We don't sell your data or your respondents' data to third parties.
- Any integration you switch on yourself (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Slack, webhooks, etc.) sends data to that third party under its own terms — that's your call, per form.
- You can export or delete your data at any time; see the fair-billing pledge for specifics on export.
- We are not claiming SOC 2, HIPAA, or any other formal compliance certification at this stage — if your use case requires one, please email us before signing up so we can be upfront about whether we're a fit yet.
