Terms of service

We're finalizing formal terms of service ahead of general launch rather than publishing boilerplate we haven't reviewed properly. Until then, here's the honest, plain-English summary of what governs your account:

• Pricing, plan limits, and the fair-use policy are exactly as published on our pricing page — nothing hidden in a separate contract.
• Billing follows the promises on our fair-billing pledge: renewal warning emails, one-click cancel, and a 14-day no-questions refund.
• You own the forms you build and the responses you collect. We act as a processor of respondent data on your behalf, not an owner of it.
• Don't use Formglide to collect data unlawfully, to send spam, or to build forms that violate the rights of the people filling them out.
